The riverside project includes the recently opened Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel. It has repurposed the old Jasper Cabinet building into 70+ residential apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors and a mixed-use space of restaurants, shops, and other businesses on the 1st floor, with a roof-top bar.
The apartments and mixed-use spaces are now open and available for leasing. For more information on renting mixed-use space or renting residential apartments contact us.
