The Jasper River Centre project is a $30 million redevelopment to restore a historical part of downtown Jasper, Indiana, by Boxer Girl, LLC. The project site sits along 3rd Avenue, on the Northside of the Patoka River.
The riverside project includes the recently opened Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel. It has repurposed the old Jasper Cabinet building into 70+ residential apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors and a mixed-use space of restaurants, shops, and other businesses on the 1st floor, with a roof-top bar.
